on January 15, 2015 at 18:00 the ordinary general meeting will take place at the Castelgrande restaurant (Bellinzona). Below you will find the invitation letter, the minutes of the 2013 shareholders' meeting and the request to amend the statute ("ethical charter of sport") that will take place at the assembly itself.
